SACC Texas Annual Meeting

Dear Members, 

The Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in Texas hereby invites you to the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members. The meeting will be held virtually only on Monday March 31, 2025 at 12 pm. Attached is the agenda for the meeting. 

To facilitate that the meeting has quorum we have established a proxy which is attached and which you can use if you are unable to attend the meeting. We strongly recommend you execute and send in the proxy even if you plan to attend. 

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND THE EXECUTED AND DATED PROXY BY EMAIL TO THE EMAIL AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS INVITATION, OR MAIL TO THE ADRESS OF THE MEETING FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE SECRETARY. WE MUST RECIEVE YOUR PROXY PRIOR TO THE MEETING.
