Confirmed Expert Speaker: Jörgen Warborn

Jörgen Warborn, a distinguished member of the European Parliament currently serving in the ninth term (2019-2024), will be one of our keynote speakers. He is a Member of the Committee on International Trade, a Substitute Member of the Committee on Transport and Tourism, and the Committee on Budgets. Furthermore, he holds the position as EPP Group Coordinator in the Committee on International Trade.

Confirmed Expert Speaker: Joakim Lewin

Mr. Joakim Lewin is since October 2022 stationed at the Embassy of Sweden in Washington DC. He is the national point of contact with Department of State and Department of Commerce regarding export control, and the signatory for all Swedish FMS-cases with Department of Defense. He is an active member of the Defense MOU Attachés Group (DMAG) and leads the working group for Industrial Base Cooperation.

Mr. Lewin has the experience of representing FMV on several international program steering boards as well as in NATO and EDA working groups. In recent years he has served as one of FMV experts for EDIDP and EDF topics.
