After enjoying a vibrant Cava, our exquisite wine tasting and culinary journey will begin and take us to the four corners of Spain.
The wine selection and delicate menu is especially prepared for us by Owner and Executive Chef Ildefonso Jimenez. The tasting will be lead by a professional sommelier and include 2 cavas (including a Gran Reserva), 3 wonderfully fresh whites, 4 beautifully full reds and sherry / brandy / Patxaran. The value of the evening is more than $200 and we appreciate Si Tapas making this event possible.
We are in for a wonderful evening with impressions from across the Iberian Peninsula.
